Elevate crashes when I run a simulation (Windows XP, New Zealand)

Please go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, and change from New Zealand, e.g. UK or USA. You may need to restart. Use the "customize" option to select the correct currency symbol, etc.  This is a workaround.  We believe that there is a bug in Windows XP (Service Pack 2) as Elevate works in 59 other countries.  It also works with regional settings set to New Zealand under Windows Vista.  At the time of writing we are awaiting Windows XP Service Pack 3, which we hope will resolve the issue.
