Confidential information shall only be seen by the PRL Directors and by other nominated individuals. Such information is password protected where it is stored in electronic form in lockable cabinets where it is recorded in paper form.

Retention of data

PRL will retain will retain all data (except employee information) for as long as PRL offer products and services related to lifts and elevators and escalators.

Information relating to employees is retained for the period of employment. It will be deleted 2 years following an employee’s date of leaving.

Access to your information and correction

  • To request a copy of the data we hold about you. We will action any request within one month.
  • To ask us to correct or remove any information that is incorrect. We will action any request within one month.
