I am having problems unlocking the program with the unlocking code provided. The serial number keeps changing. Why?

If an incorrect unlocking code is entered, Elevate goes into an "anti-hacking" mode changing the serial number each time the program is re-started.

To unlock the software:

1. Start the program.

2. Note the serial number on the welcome dialog.  DO NOT press on OK.

3. Enter the serial number and your details into the form at the web address given when you purchased the program.  (If you do not know this address, email the serial number to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..)

4. Wait for email with the unlocking code to be sent.  If you are on our database, this is an automatic process normally taking just a few minutes.  Otherwise we will respond as quickly as possible.

5. Enter unlocking code in welcome dialog and press OK.  It is advisable to "copy" and "paste" the unlocking code to avoid typographical errors.

PLEASE NOTE:  Unlocking codes are issued only to customers of Elevate Express, and to companies which have purchased a company license.  Other customers are provided with a HASP key (dongle) to unlock the software.
